From the village, we can see the roads stretching in the plains.
Our first stop today is a kind a "stone forest" shaped by the wind over the years. The landscape is fantastic for artistic pictures!
We finally arrive to our first lake, where flamingos come for food.
On our way to the second lake, we came accross a new born Vicuña of just a few hours. As we drove to close from him, his mum abandoned him and ran away in the distant mountains.
Not sure what to do, we decided to adopt the baby Vicuña to bring it to the reserve where we were heading to. In the car, Jeroen and Jeanette cared for the feeding.
We arrived to the moonlike desert where you can see Caro next to the "stone tree", another wind shaped piece of lava.

Hola Carol y David! Ya os hechamos de menos... Me gustó mucho ver las fotos de Vicko y de nuestra aventura! Espero que estén bien en Chile! Ahora estamos en La Paz, decidimos quedar una noche más, el hotel es muy bueno (se llama Posada de la Abuela, en la calle Linares, muy cerca de lo Hotel Fuentes que nos han indicado). PS: Ya compramos una nueva máquina, y las fotos que estaban en la tarjeta de memoria de la antigua se salvaron! Gracias una vez más por nos haberen ayudado con eso!
artísticas, espectaculares, bellísimas... se me acaban los adjetivos, del placer que he sentido al ver las fotos de la laguna colorada y de la vicuña bebé. Qué tal el cuadro, con marco y todo. Qué bien¡¡¡. El cristo iba en el vidrio del carro, por dentro?, no logré distinguir bien. La foto se ve preciosa.
