This is the street where we spent the night in Cuzco, we can see a lot of old Beattles around.
We spent the first day visiting the old centre around plaza de Armas.
The best way to enjoy the sight of Plaza de Armas, is from one of the balcony, taking a mate de Coca.
In spite of being low season, the town is full of tourists. The afternoon was dedicated to the famous Inca site of Saksayhuaman, just above the town of Cuzco.
Unfortunately, although the access to the site is expensive, there is no guide, leaflet or even sign posts. But anyway, the huge stones are really impressive!
The streets are also very pleasant to wander at night, although the air gets quite chilly at this altitude of 3300m.
